Most shock sites, along with shocking people with disgusting images, also contain some sort of browser exploit or spyware that can slowly harm your computer or/and personal information. I wouldn't trust any of them.

Who would be crazy enough to store personal information on their Computer O_O I never understood that. I keep my personal info offline in a usb stick that I wear around my neck.

Back on topic a little, as a matter of fact, I do still have the cheese grater of justice. And although I have a little more meat than I used to, my ribs are still slightly visible through most shirts. And when I suck my stomach in, I have a good 5 inches horizontally from my ribs in towards my stomach. You remember me doing that, right thorn?

Unfortunately I do not have a "Six Pack." I don't need one. Sure, looking strong is cool. But BEING strong is much better. I don't need to look like a beast, because I can easily hold my own in many a fights.

I think looks are overrated. So what if you have a "Six Pack," or "Eight Pack." That's not what makes a man. What makes a man is his ability to take care of his fellow men. His ability to defend himself in times of need. That is what makes a true man.

Just my 2 cents.

I've got a six-pack by nature, but I'm not showing and presenting it like a Roman statue. For me appearance or strength has hardly anything to do with being a real man, it's rationality and intelligence that make a man. Emotions and empathy are the things that make you a woman. Although I agree with Aero that strength is important in case you have to defend yourself, but in most cases intelligence and rationality are the things having to fight or not depends on.

This thread made me facepalm.

Having a six pack doesn't make you fit. For my work I need to have more stamina than raw strength.

My abs are a bit toned, but not enough where I'm going to prance around with my shirt off all day.
