Yes it was said by an American, but it was aimed towards Britain and how it was "crumbling" like ICT stated, so it probably wasn't the best statement to choose. The other two were fine though.

Well I have to say that I like both. My grandmother makes amazing cakes and amazing pies. I can't pick one. I eat either one every Saturday. Mostly cake but everything is good.
