Good Job on this. Try to add Deathbeam's Event System.

By adding the Multi Character System. It will make adding source codes alot harder. I recommand not doing it but its your engine so go right ahead. But to make a good engine Event system is the way to go. Try to add the Eclipse Instancing Map Packs as a suggestion. Other then that this is the best DX7 Engine on these fourms

All Engines I do download Ricardo also give this same problem. Open the server project by visual basic 6 and remove the frmServer. Take an engine of any EO and replace it in the src folder, and then add the project again. xD

deathbeams event system is Less useful then the orginal.(fix and expand the first event system) >.> fyi render multi character wont make add more to the source its still type here and there. >.>

on topic i like how engine is going. the movement code for form isnt laggy too much and i havent had any process mem leaks with it.

i think you engine is on a good track keep up the good work.

i think that you should add 2 features for the server one is from another old server in custom verisions. make a password for the server on close. if you dont have password you cant close. incase some one gets on ur comp.

second idea is auto backing up. when map changes or such are made(items resources etc..) back them up. if the server near crashing or closing then as well auto back up.

By suggestions i would say something interresting i don't know if you could do it or no but here is :

Build two servers or 3

Pick up the code from the server who is all about client sending packets etc.. and put it on server 1

Pick up the code from the server who is all about login/disconnect etc.. and put it on server 2

Pick up …. who is all about "in game movement or things like that" and put it on server 3

Theses 3 servers could be connected each others

Reasons why :

-I guess it would be more easy to each servers to run faster the code because they don't have to search inside the whole server code to see wich one is needed to use for this action etc.. i guess it will optimise the server ?

-Server security would be increased ? if someone attack it will be on 1 server from 3 and not the whole server itself ?

Oh? didn't see that ^^ i saw just one running server i were talking about 3 physical ( lol software i mean) servers on the desktop wich each one does each things the client need for so that would increase the reading speed etc of the codes i don't know what he does for npc's do you mean there will be another physical server in the folder wich i missed ? xD

Btw , damn ! still v.0.0.5 and have awesomes things ! imagine v1.0.0 hahah ! good luck keep it up man!

I'd like to start bigger project and I'm looking for good engine.

Nightly Relases are good, but they have not screen on entire window and that's small mistake.

Eclipse Reborn is good, screen on entire window, but I miss possiblity to change and replace buttons because they aren't in frmMain and also I can't find some graphics from frmMenu (they are not in graphics/gui). So I see no way to customize it by myself. Maybe it's my mistake and I've not noticed something but I don't like when I can't customize Engine.

Your is very good, screen isn't over entire window, but it's only small mistake, I like it anyway, GUI is awesome. But it looks like it's not completed yet and it's still missing some features like Event System (Pet System might be good as well but it doesn't matter, I would add it by myself) or Multicharacters.

When do you plan to release fixed complete version? ![:)](http://www.touchofdeathforums.com/community/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.png) What changes do you plan? Just because I'm curious and I like your Engine.

I don't use Dawn anymore.

But Dawn is a good system to study if you want to add multi char

Because I tried adding in Eclipse Dawn's character system but then the Rec's got over 64k and I got error.
