Explain yourself.
I don't see how RMXP is bad.
It's just it's used badly. ;o

Someone was asking a question that made it sound like they wondered if Robin would release this new talking feature into the Origins Engine.  That's what he meant by not releasing it.  Hes not releasing the NPC Talking.

I still like MACK's, but I've used them for so long now that they're getting overused. Also, they really don't match the GUIs I create either.

I know I can make RMXP look good. My only problem is that they're very washed out by default. Hoping to fix that with either pre-rendering some sort of overlay to give it a better look, or by doing a d3d overlay with some fog/tint effects to fix it up.

Will you be building the editor into orgins?

Fixed the GUI so it'll fit on a 1024x768 resolution now. Also re-arranged it a bit.

Also set up a batch process and saturated and increased the contrast on all the tilesets.

I felt the original were very washed out.

Trying out the lava cave tileset.

EDIT: Even Renzo has some… er... 'gameplay mechanics' to enjoy.

@Slowpoke:

> Well then you've really made it look amazing.

Thanks, but my mapping is mediocre at best compared to some of the oldies from the RPG Maker scene. It's good by Eclipse standards, but not by normal standards.
