That's part of this style. If you look closely, all the buildings's outline that are outer most are black. The outlines that are inside are usually with dark outline of that specific color. It turned out okay, but I'm still hesitating on the stairs. I also had to expand the width of the road b/c the perspective of the stair made it wider.
