Helladen
Lightning I think the tutorial part of PlayerRec is wrong. Your doing Pet as PetRec, it errors saying forward reference to user-defined type.
The New World
There's one bug in this really, when your pet kills the npc, it doesn't handle the experience rollover that you get.Edit: And the fact that the pet doesn't continue to follow you when you go to a new map, which is an easy fix. Helladen
I figured it out. I had the PetRec below the PlayerRec.

damian666
hmm… question.you use mapnpc for this right?what would happen if the max number, which is 20 by default, would be met?is it not better to make a whole seperate class of npc for this?just wondering :PDami

You would also need to make sure that the pets are rendered.

Joyce
Him sending the files won't change a thing, you need Visual Basic 6 to compile it either way.. :)

shadowwulf
for the millionth time. Don't bother using EO if you wont get VB6\.This system is looking pretty good. may or may not get to adding it in tonight to start tweaking it.
