Rob Janes
Just for you Erwin! This screen is the main screen that appears when you open the guild window. It shows the guild MOTD, founding date, and important guild information.![](http://www.aloriaonline.com/Guilds1.png)The next screen appears when you click on someone's name.![](http://www.aloriaonline.com/Guilds2.png)
hammer
sweet! now a pic for me :).. why u put pd in others directorys? you use other pd sistem?
Rob Janes
I'm presuming pd means paperdoll?Yes, we use a completely different Paperdoll system, written from scratch. Allows us to have multiple layers upon layers of clothing, and sprite body parts. And another screenshot!Minimap!(Blue - You)(Yellow - Quest Giver)(Red - Enemy NPC)(Pink - Party)(White - Walkable Tiles)(Black - Blocked Tiles)![](http://www.aloriaonline.com/Minimap.png)
Whackeddie99
looks awesome! can't wait for this. I am going to make an epic game for my friends with this Rob - i think i might love youEDIT: i noticed npc names on the last screenshot are a little off of the middle of the sprite. Just letting you know
Rob Janes
Indeed Whack they are, I just need to add a +10 to when it calculates the x position of NPCs ;) Haven't gotten around to it. Minor fix ;)
hammer
yes i mean papperdolls… that minimap dont cause lag? is nice can you put a minize option to the minimap? or hide?
Rob Janes
The minimap reduces framerate by a minimal amount maybe 3-5 frames on a good PC, and that's 3-5 frames with FPSLock off. No difference when the FPS limit set to 32.It's programmed efficiently ;)
Kinjiru
I think test is a pretty cool guy, eh creates guilds and dosent afraid of anythingAnyway were you able to every get the screen stretching to work?
Rob Janes
Stretching the screen is a bit of a bitch and I haven't quite figured it out yet as you want to be able to resize the screen and not impact the ratio, merely increase the number of tiles being rendered on the screen. This means you'd have to kill and reinitilize the engine when it's being resized.
Kinjiru
Actually what I was wanting you to do is just stretch the gameplay window to fill the window size like the minecraft client does.

schnurman
@Prince:> hmm….. no GUI include right? -_-No the gui is for our game. We don't want you to have something just for our game haha. But you will have basic outlines for it. It's not hard to make GUI either like this.
Beanie93
@Prince:> hmm….. no GUI include right? -_-What else do you want? He's giving you hours of work, and now you will go crying just because it won't include a GUI? As Schnurman said, it's not hard to make a GUI like Rob's. Whackeddie99
so will it include a base BLANK GUI outline for us to build off of?And also FYI anybody could just take the graphics from the Aloria source folder and STD…
Rob Janes
They "could" but they'd be receiving a cease and desist letter from Samu Games LLC or further legal action depending on how bad of a mood I am in that day.

Rob Janes
So, I don't really do graphics, a UI is the most you'll see me do, and even then it's not impressive. As Schnurman is very hard at work on the character and npc sprites as well as armor sets etc, we have no tileset artist. I started to give it a shot myself. Just a WIP so far ;)![](http://www.aloriaonline.com/treebase.png)

lel
Rob that looks fine considering your whole graphics style and what you are trying to work for. Its almost perfect.
Kinjiru
Yeah It's a really nice tree, but I think the more simple trees in the screenshot above go with your sprites more.
