Helladen
Make a converter. :) Formats are the easy part, making it is the hard part.

Guest
@Robin:> I still don't know of a way of doing quests in the dynamic way I want to. The only reason I'm selling it in the shop is because I personally dislike such a limiting system.> > Personally I'd just use a centralised quest flag system which can be used for conditional checks in the conversation system, then have all quests done through that. This requires constant source editing, however, and isn't suitable for public consumption.> > The one I'm selling is a generic multi-object, multi-reward system with map exploration, item gathering and "kill x npcs". Perfectly fine, but something which I find too limiting for my own game.Yet the quest system still doesn't work in WN ._.

viciousdead
Can't wait, I think I'll start making animations for my game. :DQuestion/Rumor:Are you changing the sprites layout back to the old one? Please no, I like the new system with dynamic sprites, it's more organized to…
Robin
Stop calling them 'sprites'. That's a horrible misuse of the term which Eclipsians have gotten into the habit of saying. All the graphics used in the engine are sprites. As for the character sprite layout, it has been switched over to RMXP default. They'll always be dynamic, though. There would be absolutely no reason to remove that feature.

mrmiguu
That's true, Robin. Look at GMK 8.0 for example. You add any image to be shown in-game is referred to as a 'sprite'.
