I'll be on MSN over the weekend.  A lot of changes have been made already, I just haven't shown them off until now.

As for the updater, I'm not sure if I want to change it or not.  I'd probably change the UI of it, but I like the Version.rar method.

Latest patch has been released for alpha testing!

October 9th, 2011
+ Animated the player character in the Character Stats window, the character will now animate with movement if your player is moving.
+ Adjusted the "Character' button to show the head of the current player, this is dynamic and will update if you have on a helmet etc.
+ Paperdolling complete, wearing shirts, pants and helmets will now change your character.
+ The character creation window greatly modified.
+ Due to the extensive changes, all accounts were erased and will need to be recreated.
+ Gave all classes starting equipment.

If you haven't downloaded already, download http://www.aloriaonline.com/Setup.zip (Same as the old download link www.splatteredgame.com/Setup.zip  )  Be sure to run the Setup, and run the Game as Administrator so it properly installs the patches!

Come! Enjoy!

@Rob:

> Changed character sprites to be 32x64 rather than 32x32, the larger sprites feel more cartoony and whimsical like I want.

I actually prefer 32 x 64 than 32 x 32\. However, I hope your tileset will match it.

Everything look so good so far. Good job =]

Sincerely,
Rithy

Because it is the head from graal, I was never toold that he is changing sprites so I need to do that.

Graal has been around far longer than just the iPod days, and yes, the feel for the game I'm going for is similar to Graal, so good catch, I am indeed using their head as a reference until Scnurman can get me some custom heads ;)

In the meantime, which of these 2 UI's do people like better, the Chat Box or the Non-Chat Box?

@SnowGear:

> First time I've seen Graal used for anything on Eclipse. Interesting…..

Well it's not exactly graal, I just kinda have the base off it and tweaked it alot. Very similar but no. But we do want a similar design to graal and Zelda. Though we wanted a bigger tilesey so we went with graal.

I am pretty sure the graphics wont come witht he engine give out. We are using the graphics for our actual game. So we dont want you just to take them ;D
