Going to have to agree there. Azumanga Daioh is pretty good stuff. Dunno if it's quite your style, though.

@l0lz!:

> I remember watching Azumanga, but I forgot what it was about. I only remember the little girl and her pigtails popped off.

Yeah, one of Osaka's dreams was that Chiyo-chan's pigtails were seperate entities that controlled her, and allowed her to fly.

My favorite line was during the christmas episode where Osaka was saying how the Rudolph story is mean, and says "If you told a bald man his head was useful in the dark, you'd get punched in the face."

Ok, here are my all time favorite things:

1\. Fullmetal Alchemist - Great anime + GREAT movie ending, very well done. (I preferred the eng. dubbed over the original Japanese version though.)

2\. All of the movies made by Hayao Miyazaki which include,
-Castle in the sky
-Princess Mononoke
-Howl's Moving Castle
-Spirited Away
-Nausica series
-Google the rest.

3\. Hell Girl - This one for me is an experiment that I stumbled upon, very dark short stories which at the end of the season tend to turn into one merging story. Pretty interesting I would certainly say give it a shot.

Some other people have mentioned Death Note, I read a synopsis on that one, seemed very cool from what I read. I would say that one is worth a go, but I would prefer read the manga  :P I'm a geek that way.

I'll keep thinking and see if I can remember any other REALLY good ones. (I'm very picky with anime and manga…. Naruto can go to hell.)

Nice taste

But there's no sequel to Nausicaa that I know of

Mmm, DBZ… Grunting men... Anyways, Sy|exus  the reason I say "series" when speaking of nausica is because I'm used to seeing it in manga format lol I haven't seen the movie in a long time. Anywho the manga is broken into like 4 parts or something.

1\. Neon Genesis Evangelion
2\. Trigun
3\. Paranoia Agent
4\. All films by Hayao Miyazaki
5\. Cowboy Bebop
6\. Hellsing

I was totaly into anime when I was about 14-16… then got bored and eventualy I got re-interested in it recently. I don't like those tapeworms like Naruto, Bleach, Dragonball and stuff like that. Watched DB when I was a kid and it was like 'Why the fuck they are fighting that faggot Frezia from about 30 episodes?' and when the fucking killed him he god damn returned with a metal body with his dady. And when they killed him AGAIN they made a movie where his brother arived and they killed him like 2 times. Same with that beefcake Brolly... 3 times? Orochimaru anyone? And the main character allways must be a compleate retard... maybee except for bleach.
