It must be a tad frustrating for you having to 'dumb' down your sprites so they work in the engine. The combat system is pointless really, and any items besides clothes and gold should be limited. I like that you added pets, but try to make them simple. His video shows him using 3-4 frame walks, ie 'dumbing' down his sprites. I wasnt actually referring to the code in any sense (or at least 'out of the box' I was) and its clear he hasnt even started to mess with that yet.
