Compiled source, FACTIONS (npc vs npc), Visual bank, Auction house, gender items

alright so what is this?

i got a little tired of writing tuts or code snippets every single time,
and i wanted to give people that don't have vb6 some nice tweaks

so what's in this version?

> working name colors
>
> visual bank
>
> auction system
>
> max amount of items in auction
>
> special pricing possible
>     (normal price * value you can alter in data.ini)
>
> when someone bought your item you will get the shop price
>
> gender specific items
>
> NPC vs NPC
>
> infinite factions possible
>
> npc's will choose to attack players above npc's
>
> npc's will kill each other (6)

you can set as much factions as you want (found in data.ini)

lol i'll include the source when i finish everything i want :)

for now you can just use the compiled files,
you can just replace everything in your normal folders
(always make a back-up)

lol well the dev's are still working on EE 3.0
untill that's finished i'll just do the smaller stuff,
i think they are working enough on everything now,
they prob don't need somebody adding new stuff :P

depends marsh asked me to join the dev team, but not sure how busy they are,
but i will always release a source when ee 3.0 is out :)

Umm… Is hotscripts the only thing from the main I need? Cause then I could just copy n' paste.
EDIT: There's nothing in hotscripts... Looks like a clean main to me.
