Should i remove Microsoft office 2000 premium?

Office 2000 is dated, even Office 2003 which is substancially better is now dated as well.  You could always get the latest and greatest, or go with freeware such as OpenOffice ;)

OpenOffice is as obsolete as StarOffice, I do encourage you to use LibreOffice.
