Dunno if you got anyone to do it, but I'd be willing to take a shot. We can discuss the payment stuff over skype, but for now there are some things that I have to say that won't change, so I'll leave them here. 1\. I don't have TONS of time. I have an hour here, a few more there, a couple on the weekend, so if I take the job I'll need some basic info and then about a week or so. (Tomorrow would be the best time for me to start) 2\. I'll be available afterwards to do any tweaking you might need, but if it becomes too much for my schedule, then I'll have to stop. I'll also send you a pdf, and xcf file of the finished product. You can have 100% rights and do whatever you need with it. I'll pm my skype name right now, but I probably won't answer until tomorrow, so I hope this is all good, and we can get started.

Your sprites are not bad, and most of the things have been pointed out already. However, I do feel the need to point out your pallete. Unless you are going for a really blue colored game, or a map under an overcast sky, there is just waay to much blue going on here. The water is alright, but the sand and grassy and even the trees could use a little bit of a change. Don't forget the yellows!

I believe in helping whenever possible. Obviously nothing should be handed to anyone on a silver platter. If you aren't willing to put in the hard work it takes to make a game, then you don't deserve to reap the rewards. I also don't think it's fair to others when "Noobs" over-ask for help. It's one thing when help is urgently needed because they literally have no where else to turn, but when they keep asking for a new script, a new graphic, basically a new resource all the time, it becomes an annoyance and that is where I draw the line. On the flip side, I do offer help to people when they need it and I have the answer. Just because I'm fortunate enough to be in college doesn't mean I need to be an ass and purposely withhold information. If I can help, I usually do because before I went to school and learned, the knowledge of other people was my only resource. Yes you can use google, but nothing beats information from someone with experience.

Okay, so for the past few days I've been messing with this kind of stuff too. If you are able to host other games that is a GOOD sign. Firstly, check your firewall again. Turning it off is not the same as adding an exception. At least, it hasn't been the same for me. If you need to know how to add an exception im sure there are guides for XP on google. Also, adding an exception for a port is NOT the same as allowing the program to run (which it asks you when you run eclipse). Secondly, the server is run on your internal IP address, something like 198.168.something.something. That is not the same IP address that you need to use though. What I did was download No-ip DUC for free (they try hard to get you to use the paid version, but the free allows for 3 host addresses). When you run it, you can set the host to redirect to your public IP address so that others can connect using gamename.no-ip.org. Otherwise, you need to change the IP in your client for the other people to connect. You should not be connected with the same IP as them because you are running the server so you need to use your internal IP while others need to use the public IP. I'm using the no-ip because putting your public address out there is risky.

They are used for my own projects and I would appreciate if no one else ripped them, but I do realize there is nothing stopping you. I work until you are happy with the finished product. Prices vary depending on effort. A few icons might be only $2 but a tileset will be anywhere from $5-$20\. A full gui including menus will also cost $20, but a few interface revamps will only cost $5-$10\. Character templates will also cost a bit more since they require quite a bit of work. However paperdolls will be cheaper than a charset. If you're curious as to what the price will be, just send me a work load and I will tell you the estimate. I am looking more for the bigger priced deals, but I am happy to do anything. Also, if you have a particular style of sprite in mind, just send me a heads up and I will try my best :)

Very nice graphics. If you want to take it a step further, you show that the water is deeper than that of a pond or lake. Similar to pokemon where the ponds are clear and the ocean has texture. Idk, just an idea.
