I'm working on some graphics for a game, for EE 3.0

Making a simple grass tile, does this look good?

Is it too much little clumps of grass?

Any suggestions / opinions?

This is kind of what I was thinking.

I'll make more grass tiles now.

Otherwise, it looks good you guys?

I think it could be a bit darker, don't want Bright and happy pixels :P

Usually cartoonish tiles have a black/dark outline. Lighten the outline. And make the grass look more 3d somehow. It just looks flayt now.

i thought it was part of a tree
the tile looks more like leaves then blades of grass
your using too light and dark of colours together, keep the variation within 4-6 points
i dont know if that made sense, its been a long time since ive pixeled :P

the point is to have hue shifts from blue, to mid green, to a green yellow. that way it portrays realistic colors in the grass and shading. if it needs small tweaking when he makes the grass, so be it. I didnt pay too much attention to the colors, i just chose, and put them up here quick.
