Sekiguchi Okitsugu
Well, i started practicing my manga on computer today, using a mouse. i think i did pretty good, also used some tools in the software i used to draw. the software i used to draw this is paint.net. just wanted to see what you guys think, and if you have any tips on editing please feel free to post them.Seki
Colonello
This is honestly really good for your first time drawing with a mouse. Keep it up!
Jacquelinett
Pretty neat. The mouth is off though, should shift it to the left to touch the outline. Better than my first mouse drawing from a loooooong time ago. I don't have the pic to it anymore, thought it was a ship with like 2 anime characters drawn on itMy most recent mouse-drawn art: https://www.dropbox.com/s/a42hsel2y9lloxt/Drawing.png?dl=0I suck at coloring. I liked it much better without the color

Diefool
@'Sekiguchi:> im much better at drawing on paper, but i need to learn it on computer for my game.  i dont want to hire a person to draw for my game, i wanna try to make the art on my own:)If you ever get serious into digital art I would advise buying a pen tablet (some are just pads where hovering over with the pen will display location of pen point on screen controlling the mouse and actually touching the pen to the screen will "click" to draw….supports pressure sensitivity etc. and an AWESOME TOOL....some even have screens you can draw right on ignoring the monitor all together)check out Wacom http://www.wacom.com/ if you ever decide to get into digital art and find one in your price range (obviously more expensive ones will have more functionality but even the cheapest will help a LOT)For pure mouse drawing, these are fantastic and you will only improve with practice! keep up the good work :)
Sekiguchi Okitsugu
thanks, i already have an ipad but when i tried drawing on an app it was not very easy. i think my new plan is to draw on paper, scan it and trace the lines and edit the drawing on my computer. thanks anyway! Dr.House
Drawing Tablet not iPad, it's a difference. Not phone tablet, my man.
Diefool
@'Dr.House':> Drawing Tablet not iPad, it's a difference.> Not phone tablet, my man.Agreed, it is definitely not an iPadIt's literally for artists to draw on a familiar medium (Even comes with a pressure-sensitive pen stylus). It's like an extra hardware component for your computer (plugs in like your mouse, keyboard, etc.) and will draw right into paint, paint.net, photoshop, whatever you use.Professionals in the industry will tell you these are a MUST HAVE for any digital artist. Even scanning and layer-tracing you will want one of these.
Sekiguchi Okitsugu
yeh well i dont think get any drawing tablets here in the Philippines.
Diefool
Oh I'm unsure, I didn't realize where you were located. I have seen some good works done with just the mouse as well, just was a suggestion. I want to see more though! MORE ART MORE ART!!! :)
Dr.House
You can order online, just google Wacom Philippines, and see what you can find, I already found some stuff. The cheaper and nicer ones are only around 5000 ?, meaning around 106$Good luck!Edit: Do NOT buy second hand [used] tablets! MadalinV
There are graphic tablets as cheap as 30$ (however not from popular brands). You have potential, so it'd be a good choice to go into it. You need some teaching in anatomy. Your shading is good, for starters, but you should also try to shade the hair and have stronger shadows too. Good luck! Solstice
Your style is very rough, but I've known people like you, you'll go on to make a deviantArt and improve greatly. Then one day you'll be a portrait artist, drawing character portraits for rpgmaker/orpg. Or you'll do a webcomic that may or may not be popular. Dr.House
If you aim the be an artist, then you better learn to draw ANYTHING, not just anime characters, real world can be a pain in the ass.Though, very nice drawing, keep them coming.
Solstice
I just realised I didn't say anything about the picture- I like it. I like the mono better than the coloured version though.Keep at it.
