A real scammer (stiffed me)

I was gonna do a full GUI for this guy..snotsticker
if I spelled his name wrong, w/e
Basically I made the title, and he said he'd still pay
me a dollar or two, then stiffed me and blocked my msn
NOW THERE IS A VIABLE reason to not trust someone
You can't just go around saying someone's a scammer
if they've never done anything to prove it
But yeah, be warned, I doubt eclipse will see him anyways.
and btw, I won't be posting much, I won't be leaving, but
I won't be active in this forum either -.-

I agree with codemeister19\. Not only was the money promised to him wasted, also was many hours of his time, and his work.

My suggestion is, if you ever do this again, do not give out the original work without the money first. Give them previous, whether it be watermarked, resized or even the quality ruined.

And yes, I know this snotsticker guy, and I will keep an eye out for his project, and for any activity on the forum.

I looked him up. He's tied to the runescape black market. Wish there was some way to shut down or get rid of stuff like the black market or people like him. This stuff really bums me out and makes me mad.

To summarize: you lack evidence, I haven't even seen a single line of evidence nor have I seen a picture. Actually, I've hardly seen a constructive post of you so far.
