+1 is not a bug. Your giving outer dimensions i no longer get this problem at all, you dont have to + 1 if done properly. :)

Why Java? It doesn't even support SIMD, which is a requisité when you want to perform multi-dimensional mathematics (e.g. vertices, vectors, quaternions, pixels, etc.).
