Hmm ok. I'll make it less repetitive by having more drum paterns (I haven't experimented much with snares besides the rolls).

The trademark of the genre is sticking to a melody and switching it around and altering it every few beats for a cool variance.

I also noticed my tempo is a bit slow. I'll speed it up to 142 BPM next time.

The melody from :36-1:33 is really annoying. It's all over the place. It would probably sound better if it was simpler. The best part imho, is 1:37-2:27\. Everything else is rather bland, to be honest. You're still improving steadily though, so that's good! :)

@Xlit wut? I thought you used Cubase? I use FL.

Everyone, I want to do a co-op piece with someone. For some reason my mixing isn't as good as I wanted it. If one of you wants to do a song with me, PM me and I'll hook you up. I wanted to do it with XBlue but he's not around…

Bump with Dubstep! A few people requested it, so I might as well post it. This version is the low q version. PM if you want the HQ.

For those of you who don't know the original song, search youtube for "cannon". It should be the first hit.
