I'm not a fan of the smileys on the buttons, but I can see why you put them there. I think they kinda overwhelm the buttons though, if you know what I mean? I like the grunge/chaotic theme you have going, as long as it carries to other pieces of the GUI. For a default layout, I'd say it's about a 7 or 8 out of 10\. So 7.5! =p

I've tried three times =p I didn't the do the GrappleHook thing at the end, because I knew I wouldn't be using it.. Could that cause the problem?

Got it installed pretty quickly, only problem that I have right now is that my maps won't save. I'm doing this on a fresh copy of Stable. Any suggestions?

Yeah the mesh on it looks really well done, mad props on the trigger =p

The sawed off looks really good man, the barrel has a little bit too much lighting on it, it's offsetting the trigger, faceplate. Overall it's really great work man, you're improving rapidly. =D

I am aware of the sticky you are talking about, as you said, I'm a vet, I've read most, if not all, of the stickies. However, there WAS a point in defending him. Flaming is never ok, or warranted. I believe this falls under the EXACT context that Marsh describes. A newcomer to Eclipse, decides to take time out of his or her day, to contribute to the forums. Instead of bashing on him for trying to help, he could have been nice about it and said something to the effect of; "Pixel, GUI outlines have already been posted on this forum, please read the stickies before you post resources. But nice work!" But instead decides to call Pixels contribution "useless". And on a last note, if you're going to be a dick to someone, Dick, then why don't you do a bit of research yourself, and also learn to spell correctly please? Just makes you look like a fool. Flaw

Once you have it, make sure you have the Source files for the version of Eclipse you're using. Once you have those, open up the Client project in VB6, click on Forms in the menu to the right, then find frmMainMenu and double click on that. Once that opens, click on the black news box in the middle. On the right you will see some options. Find BackStyle, and change that to 0 - Transparent. That should make the black box go away, and make it so the News will appear on your custom box. =]
