Veridian stuff.

Okay so I am messing around with the new tiles and i'm trying to get a mapping style with them that will look nice and more professional please give me some advice/suggestions!

Note: It's raining on these maps if you are wondering about the weird spots all over.

Your tiles are a bit dirty, try to take out some colors, and get rid of some noise.

Man some people on EO have high standards, this isn't a site full of professionals, just saying..

The art is great dxx, reminds me of a game that I can't remember.. A generic RPG that you had to fetch something for your mother then you return and your house is on fire., Bah.. Can't remember what it was called.

Eitherway, good work. I like it. 8/10 would play.

Thanks for the suggestion ^.^ I think most of the noise you might be seeing is from the rain too but they are kind of suppose to look dirty it's more of a dark game style much like diablo to give that the world is slowly decaying from the evil look.

Thanks alot! I loved those old generic rpgs they had this feel that games now days just can't match. I'll take an 8/10 it's better then i thought i'd get lol.

You have one… one tree there repeated all over the place. One tree is not enough.

I have seen those tiles before but i like the look of them my favorite is the sprite.

Okay First the correct term is 3d rendered graphics (3D turned 2D sounds weird) and you can't really dis on Ambardia it was one of the more popular games on here in it's time.  Secondly I do have more then one tree I just wanted to show off the basic of the graphics. ^.^

You should change your status-bars so they have a border and a filling (So just the red part of the health-bar gets smaller, but its frame stays the same, showing how much of your max ´health you have left). Atleast I think that you're just using 1 image for the whole bar (Based on the look of your experience)

Thanks! I love this sprite as well he is the most customization for the players so I can add Paperdolls and such.

Looks nice, reminds me of ambardia a lot though. Not that there is anything wrong with that. Correct me if im wrong but isnt there already a super old mirage game called Veridian online? May be mistaken though.

Of course I can dis Ambardia. Just as I can dis pretty much anything. It had incredibly gruesome graphics before Ambard actually started making them himself… and even then they weren't exactly fitting.

@Marshy Dearest If there was there must not be anymore I tried Googling and other searches trying to see if Verifiable was tooken but I didn't find anything.
