It is extremely flat. As for the cliffs, the farther something is the darker it should be, so the bottom of the cliff should be much dark than the top not the exact same. Keep it up.I do have to say that the trees look a bit too smooth compared to the rest of the tiles, doesn't quite fit. Your tilesets don't feel wholesome because each piece seems to have its own palette and set of rules. Spots that receive the same amount of light as each other should have a similar value, e.g. the dark side of a tree matches the dark side of a rock.
