Attempting tile transitions. (Need advice)

looks better, but maybe make it even smoother? ninja pixel artists can pull off non dithered stuff easily, but im assuming your not a ninja pixel artist based on your lack of knowledge.  I would recommend trying dithering as well.

no, I mean more smoother by it gradually changing.  If you want a really good tileset tutorial, use anna's here: http://www.touchofdeathforums.com/smf/index.php/topic,41352.0.html
Its what i used to make some of my tiles until i got really bored.

Instead of criticizing in a rude manor, why don't you explain why the transitions are bad, and why the tiles are bad. I guess you can't read topics. I'm asking for advice since this is the first day of doing tiles.

People like you are a ducking joke. You honestly aren't funny, neither amusing. I appreciate everyone else contributing advice to help out a noobie in pixeling.

As for changing it around with the grass and sand not looking right, does this look better?
