aaaron
Try making it longer. It kinda looks fat and short.
Microwave
Also, It seems to be leaning forward, as if It is going to pounce. Maybe the hind legs are too high? Not sure.
lollicat
**Aaron;;**Alright, I'll work on that.**Edward ~~Cullen~~**;;That's actually how it's supposed to look, like it's about to attack.

ToshiroHayate
The problem is the legs. It makes it look like the cat only has 2 legs instead of four.
lollicat
@Toshiro:> The problem is the legs. It makes it look like the cat only has 2 legs instead of four.Yes, that's what happens when you're sideways.
Pryex
Yes but looking at things Side on doesn't just give you oine side. You can usually see a little of the other objects features. A sillouhette of the other legs would still be visible.
Bafoon
If your asking for help dont be a bitch about it, the legs are horribly wrong, so change them.
Keebler Elf
Ya it looks like your cat is going to fall over.
Robin
@Lollicat:> Yes, that's what happens when you're sideways.Yet your ears are both easily seen. You're looking slightly from the front, not perfectly to the side. That's why it looks weird. Remove the ear on the right and it'll look better but incredibly 2D. lollicat
Alright, added the back leg and made the body a bit longer as suggested.edit;;Forgot to add another front leg as well, I'll fix that then post the updated one.
luriok
Ok I found your problem (I think), It's a side view right? well If you only want 2 legs showing then you have to get rid of the back ear. Here's an example:![](http://www.freemmorpgmaker.com/files/imagehost/pics/1a526dd87fa123d7bdf6832690537913.PNG)I also took out the line between the body and the tail. ToshiroHayate
@Lollicat:> Alright, added the back leg and made the body a bit longer as suggested. You're getting closer. Move that 2nd back leg a bit more back, so it's only one or two pixels ahead of the leg that's outward.
Robin
@Lollicat:> Alright, added the back leg and made the body a bit longer as suggested.Good start. Add another front leg and it'll look 100x better.

Guest
in my opinion, kitty's body is angled while the head is pointed directly straight. With the way you drew the lines, kitty's body will appear like he's iso…I redid kitty's head. I didn't feel like redrawing it so I just made it bigger until it fit kitty's body. Lol hence the enormous line thickness. Also add the other front leg! :azn:![](http://i53.tinypic.com/nqvbdi.png)

Even the one I have there is massive compared to a real cat's anatomy. Plus I really don't think that, with the others, your style would fit among all mine, but I like how you drew it, so I'm going to try making it small (and fixing the lines) with the same style. Guest
Yeah, just figured I'd throw something out there. Its like you said though, you just have to make it fit with your style.
Kusy
Slightly longer body, arch the back more, make the belly less fatass, change position of front legs… (not straight, would look better to have them a bit bent if that's the correct word). With this over dramatic chest exposing pose it looks more like a puppy.
lollicat
Anywho, I took most suggestions in then at five in the morning I shaded the motherfucker. Feedback/constructive criticism, please.
Anna Comnena
:azn:I like it, my only suggestion is to maybe make more highlights on the "front" legs so they are more prominent than the back legs (on normal scale the legs sort of blend together).
