Quick Question.

Ok so,

After a bit of having made my game and what not, I've been trying to convert it to Java, which is
going rather well actually. Well anyway, I decided to open up the vb version again, to make minor changes
to the gameplay and quests.

Well sure enough something goes wrong. I open the server, and I try connecting with my client.
I can't. It says it's down. It's not.

So, I make sure it's allowed through my my firewall, and my AV defense settings and what not.
I made sure the port was forwarded, I used canyouseeme.org and it says the server is up.

Funny enough, I still can't connect. ._. Dunno why, it's not an error either. I already tried a debug
check.

Anyone have any ideas?

Can I get a quick bump? Lol.
Things I've tried/done:

Made sure port is fwd'ed correctly.
Know the server is up (even with CYSM.org)
It's allows through my firewall/av
No bugs in either server or client.
I downloaded a old client i had uploaded, it still didn't work.
I tried using the static IP/PORT mod on these forums.
I tried using the regular config.ini settings.
I tried setting it localhost and 127.0.0.1
I downloaded a fresh client.

None of that worked, so does anyone have a suggestion I could try?

Soul;

I have tried time and again, and I mean I have tried literally a multitude of things. I have given
this thing access to everything. Ive checked, double checked and triple checked everything. There is
nothing blocking it, that I can see. I disabled my FW, I disabled my AV. I uninstalled them both.
I tried running as admin, I made sure the port was open and allowed. I tried running localhost.
I made sure the server is up.
I made sure the config was right. Everything. I have tried it all time and again, and I made sure
to retry it, before coming here. ._.

I'm literally baffled, as to what I'm doing wrong. I've even tried a fresh client. ._.
