Looks pretty fab. If I could give a little critique though it would be that the head seems a bit too high, and the shading above the feet seems to go too far up the leg.

Regular people run with shoulder rotation.

It's not just the forearms that move. The whole body is actively involved. Cross Country runners exercise their abs a LOT because of the amount of core movement.

in the walk frame, the shoulder of the arm thats swinging backwards should have a smaller shoulder than the one of the arm swinging forward.  Also, instead of having the elbow bend sideways, have it bend forwards slightly more, and make the hand overlap where the forearm should be and add in some foreshortening.

Love the way this is going though, keep up the good work :P
