ricer
I've spent some time to research and compile this list. Megaupload was one of the best file hosting sites, fast speeds, unlimited downloads during happy hours, large storage limits, etc. I made a list of real alternatives to megaupload. Only sites with minimal restrictions for downloading, large storage limits, and high popularity/reliability are listed here. The Alexa rank for those who are unfamiliar, is an indicator of how popular a site is, I included it to distinguish the popular/reliable sites from new unproven sites.http://jumbofiles.comBenefits: 500GB storage space, unlimited parallel downloads, can resume broken downloads, download accelerator supportRestrictions: 1GB file size limitOther positives: No CAPTCHA, no timer, remote http upload, FTP uploadAlexa rank: (4977) friend introduced me to this site last month, great features, still using them today.http://fileflyer.comBenefits: Unlimited storage spaceRestrictions: 2GB file size, no file manager, only 1 download at a time (no parallel downloading)Other positives: No CAPTCHA, no timerAlexa rank: (22513) not as popular as the other sites here but they are seemingly owned by makers of the popular Download Accelerator Plus.http://2shared.comBenefits: Unlimited parallel downloads, can resume broken downloads, download accelerator supportRestrictions: 1GB file size limit, no file managerOther positives: No CAPTCHA, no timer, can search filesAlexa rank: (3397) I love being able to search the files at this site and you can "watch" what files are being downloaded.http://zshare.netBenefits: Unlimited storage spaceRestrictions: 1GB file size limit, 50 seconds timer, only 1 download at a time, download accelerator supportOther positives: No CAPTCHA, no timerAlexa rank: (1947) one of the oldest file hosting sites online since 2005, still using them today.http://ifile.itBenefits: Unlimited storage space, up to 2 parallel downloads, can resume broken downloadsRestrictions: 300MB file size limit, have to enter ReCAPTCHA to downloadOther positives: No timerAlexa rank: (2594) got a nice file manager, I don't use them that much now after they started requiring ReCAPTCHA to download.http://sendspace.comBenefits: Unlimited storage spaceRestrictions: 500MB file size limit, only 1 download at a timeOther positives: No CAPTCHA, no timerAlexa rank: (1385) downloads are limited and slow but they have Android and iPhone apps available for their site.http://mediafire.comBenefits: Unlimited storage space, unlimited parallel downloads, can resume broken downloads, download accelerator supportRestrictions: 200MB file size limitOther positives: Fast downloads, I can max out my 6mbps DSL!Alexa rank: (67) the next biggest file hosting site after megaupload, very popular and trusted by many users around the world, I upload to here regularly. If you know of any other file hosting site with below 5000 Alexa ranking, minimal download restrictions, and large storage space, let me know so I can update this list. Real alternatives only, not sites like rapidshare with 5 minute timers and hours of wait time between downloads.

The president of Iran said when he gets nukes he will nuke Israel, what I've been told it could be wrong information.

Helladen
@Zonova:> Cut down on the fox news… actually, don't watch american news at all.http://www.politifact.com/truth-o-meter/statements/2011/nov/23/michele-bachmann/michele-bachmann-says-iran-has-threatended-launch-/A quick article I found and also heard a few people speaking about it, so it is most likely true what the president said in Iran.American news isn't controlled by the government making it more reliable than most news services across the world, what are you getting at? Each news group obviously focuses on one side of the political side, but other than that it is pretty reliable information. You just have to watch both sides of the story, on the democratic and political side in order to get the full truth instead of a white-lie. Wyz
I never used megaupload anyhow. Plus, now that Megavideo is gone, when I go to sidereel to find shows, More people upload to novamov, so I no longer have to wait 72 minutes after watching 'too much' video. So, theres the silver lining to complete dictation over my rights as a citizen. u mad?

Helladen
I don't know, have heard a lot of nasty stuff making them a big influence to piracy and supporting it. The difference with Google is they remove that content when they find it. TPB (The Pirate Bay) is another big piracy provider they just haven't been put under the radar yet (not big enough or noticed yet).

Authority's have been trying to get them ever since they started. But the Swedish government doesn't give a fuck, and says fuck off America when it tries to get into it's own affairs.
