New big 50x50 sprite

The head kind of looks like a dick head in the side views. Not sure why there is a dark stripe going through the middle of the head either. It could look good when it's between the eyes, but over the entire head? No.

You might have to redo the proportions or edit the hands to show the waist. That's one way to define females since their waist are thinner. For the males, define their muscles i.e. making the torso wider.

For your animation, you should have the standing sprite be1-2 pixels below the two walking sprites, so that the heads move up and down. Because when the only the body moves, the kills the effect/illusion.

I second what Andiii said. And 50x50 is not a "big" sprite by any means. Reach triple digits and maybe you can call it big.
