Zappy
> Special Rule/s (1)> Must have at least 2 sides of the map banked up by mountains / elevation. The max. maps is 6\. So if we have say, 4 maps, does each map need to be banked up on 2 sides, or does the area we're mapping? Say we bank the left and right sides, that would mean map 1 and 2 have their left side banked, while map 3 and 4 have their right side.… Is this what you mean? Jeff
I'd say that six maps means one map of 88x66.edit–Also, I don't like the idea of any tileset. People with better tilesets have an innate advantage.

People with better tilesets have an innate advantage.I'd.. almost have to agree, but I'm not completely sure.I'd prefer if we had a specific tileset to work with so this was more about mapping than tileset collecting/creating. :3But that's all up to Marshy
Marsh
Some people work better with some tilesets then other. Also it would just be the generic RMXP tiles and maps. This way you can create something unique or create a mixture of tilesets if you are good enough to pull it off. No one has an advantage as you could just go grab the same set and make a map from it. Mr.LLoyd
I don't need money. And i asked becouse i don't have mountain tiles.
SawQuart
@Anosora:> I don't need moneyYou're missing my point. You don't have the authority to make your own mapping rules since Marsh is donating his money for this contest. He chooses the rules because it's his own contest. You're coming in here and saying that it shouldn't have mountains and should have a town instead.
