I don't know if there plans to add anything to this engine but if there is I suggest spell casting pets. Actually, do pets cast spells if the npc is assigned spells? Edit: No, no they don't. Just tested it.

It is possible but your copy of Eclipse will need a source edit in order to do so. You can't do this with a (any)standard copy of Eclipse.

So I have decided to go with a retro style. I have been told by friends that it would look better over all and after testing/tweaking some things I agree with them. Here is a little preview of what I have got done so far.  I remade the cliff tiles and touched up a few things here and there. The sprite and the big tree with leafs were made by Dash(special thanks!). One of these days I may actually get around to making a game with these tiles. It seems I tend to get caught up exploring/making new tiles.

Well I managed to see every minute of my birthday. I was awake for 39 hours before I crashed out. It was an all right day, I had a good breakfast, lunch, and dinner with the family and then hung out with some friends for the rest of the night on into the next day. I somehow only slept for for a little under 8 hours but I suprisingly feel really good today. I didn't get any gifts but thats no biggy once you get to my age. Just having a good time with friends and family is what its all about anyways. Again thanks for all the happy birthdays Eclipse!

Well happy birthday @[member="King Seb"]! And thanks to all the nice birthday wish's. So far I have had breakfast at Ihop with the wife and kids then I bought my oldest son a new mattress. Pay close attention you younglings, this might be how you spend your birthdays one day… ;)

So Its my birthday and I'm now 27 years old. It seems strange to me that I have reached this age, I keep thinking at some point I'll actually feel like an adult. I guess having 3 kids, a wife, working 50 hours of week, and going to school hasn't done it to me yet. Anyways, as lame as it may sound, the only thing I want for my birthday is Eclipse Worlds Gold Edition so I have asked for money in hopes that I may actually have spar cash to create a paypal account with enough cash to purchase EWGE. Anyways, I know I'm old and probably one of the oldest members here, but I'm looking forward to another year of over-aged game development.

Do you have a datiled roadmap that you are current following or is there simply a list of things do to and you just pick some and knock them out? If there is a detailed roadmap you should post it. I am curious to see what is in the planning stages and in what order they might be released.

This is one of the most useful tools I've ever seen made for Eclipse. Good work and thanks for donating. Are there any other plans in store for this amazing tool?

Well it sucks seeing all these members who, I feel, have had a great impact on Eclipse leaving/quitting. I just don't understand whats happening. Back in the days of EE it seemed the site was much more… together, if that is the word I can use. Even though we all had a shitty engine to use and most of us were using RMXP graphics and we all mainly focused on scripting it seemed, to me at least, that we were all friendly, helpful, and happy members. It's strange to say but I kind of feel like it is our own egos that have brought this place down. Over the years we, or alot of us, have grown to be programmers and pixel artist and along with our skills have also grown very arrogant which has lead us to where we are now. I do often hear members complimenting the work of others but I also see, almost more often, members trying to simply take other members down a peg when it is highly unnecessary. Maybe it is just me but I don't blame the leadership of the site. I blame the members. I just think that instead of bashing someone because we think our work is better then theirs, we should be trying to help them improve.

Maybe its just me but the rocks/cliffs look really bland. The grass and wood look good but they're also more detailed then the rocks. I'd say just give the rocks a little more detail.

You should add a shadow under the flying mounts. I think it would help with giving more of a flying look. Pretty cool though how does it work? Are mounts hard coded or is there an editor? Just curious.
