I think its in the modPlayer Join Game Sub Server Side.Try to go there and hit ctrl + f and write "Welcome to Eclipse Origins" . with out quotes ofc and you will find it.

Change the Admin_Monitor . There are other Admin constants around which represents access level.The max is 4.

Try commenting it and see what happens.If you dont get a error compile it. commenting = putting ' before each line

I have 288x6000 tilesets here working fine.I think you can use 50 + tilesets.If no change the source to handle 50 +.

Depends on of your skill. And depends of how complex the quest system can be.
