Of course it is possible. There are many ways to do it all depending on how much effort you want to put in and what you want to get out of it. From your post it seems you want somthing like a minimap. Where you can look on the screen and see your general position compared to a area of the world. There exist on this site mini map tutorials you could impliment. Then if you want to make it work for the whole world you could modify it to show every map when you click on the mini map. However this would take more work.

Short answer is yes. , You would need to hard code this all in. I assume if you want changing maps you are going to want them randomly generated at start. Then you can move into making the tiles gradually change depending on some sort of algorithm such as desert melts snow snow covers grass grass grows onto desert. But its very possible.

For the sake of your game I am going to say chibi. When people are picking a new game to play the first thing they will see is the graphics. The vast majority will make their decision as to if they want to even download it within the first few seconds of viewing these graphics. While the retro ones might get a few to want to play, the chibi style is easier on the eyes and will get more people to actually try out the gameplay and give the game as a whole a chance.

Ya I enjoy late game as it is less about who got the most cs or kills at the start and more about teamwork. I was once playing as teemo. Both teams had all their inhibs and turrets down. Our team had 2 dead and they had all respawned. Instead of running back I went invisible rate outside their inhibitor on the middle lane. By the time they got half way across the map I was able to walk up to their nexus and solo it. Was fricken hilarious. Backdooring is so fun.

Say what you want about the USA, hell bring up every negative thing that you can about it. It is still a much better place to live then most countrys. Plus of course we think we should win all the medals. We sent like 500+ people.

The trunk is way too small for such a perfectly round piece of foliage. On a tree that is so bushy you want a good sized trunk imo. However overall I think these are some nice looking tiles.

It will not matter what your download is. Other sites would have to be able to match it in order for you to download that fast. I can however see a large commercial interest in that type of speed.
