Right click on the desktop -> Screen Resolution -> "Make text and other items larger or smaller" -> Select smaller. Should fix it, fixed it on my grandmother's computer a while back.

Oh, so you do! I didn't realize. In this location, will there be dried-out trees? If so, you could try adding piles, or scattered, dry leaves?

I think it looked better, but who knows, it could look worse on the new trees. If you don't mind, I'd like to see the new trees with 'em.

It seems that you have forgotten the darker brown outline around the trunks on your new trees.

And the background (http://willowwisp.deviantart.com/art/2D-RPG-game-background-65228468), which you got permission to use, correct? But It looks very good, I really like it, but don't use the black fade-in at the top.
