If you want to make a good game you have to make the graphics your self and program the features yourself. Chances are you wont find the engine you need. And private servers are against the rules so i wont discuss that :P.

I was going to get a computer that could be overclocked to 3.75GHz with no issues. You should look on Google for ''Crucial''. Does a ram analysis on your computer and tells you what ram you have and what is supported.
