  1. Oh yeah Marshmellows and Peanut butter go awesome together. I made marshmellow treats using peanut butter puff cereal instead of krispy rice, it was the best.

    Skyrim

Yearly reminder that the Morag Tong is better in every way to the Dark Brotherhood.
  3. I really, really hate when people wipe their threads like this. I mean sure it might be resolved and could be locked, but wiping the thread kills the context of everyone's reply, and makes the thread useless to archive. What if someone has a similar issue or is in a similar situation as the OP question? Maybe they could've read this and found a solution or it gave them an idea to try. Now there is no such resource to use. Just everyone's wasted time, and left with a garbage thread that isn't worthwhile to read.
  4. Data storage is dirt cheap these days anyway, if something is important you can always have several clones of it across various devices.

  6. Aaron confirmed for Microsoft Internet Defense Force agent?
  7. "Just because Windows 8 was put on tablets first doesn't mean that it's specifically used for tablets." Yeah, but when even their server OS has the same tablet-style touchscreen graphic heavy interface, they are wasting everyone's time. It's dumbed down to port over to tablets and to allow increased integration between all devices. This is a big mistake in my opinion, I want my devices to work like the devices they are supposed to be. I don't need my stupid TV acting like a computer or phone or anything else. And when they stop allowing modifications or adapting the interface to classic styles, they are basically saying "duck you" to their no-nonsense customer base who simply want a computer to work as a computer. It's nice they have options for allowing integration and smoother communication between devices, but when they make it the ONLY option and the default setup, it's a mistake.
  8. Well I haven't used Win7 yet, I'm currently on a WinXP computer. The Vista 64-bit seemed to work alright for my more modern computer though, although if 7 is decent then stick with it. 8 is stupid because everything is designed around touchscreen and tablet interface (even Windows Server 2012 is touchscreen high graphics kiddy interface BS). > Here is Windows timeline ![:P](http://www.touchofdeathforums.com/community/public/style_emoticons//tongue.png) > > Win 98 - Great > > Win 2000 - Sucks > > Win XP - Great Great > > Win Vista - Sucks Sucks > > Win 7 - Great Great Great > > Win 8 - no comment Win2k was ducking flawless. The only issue Win2k had was it didn't have all the driver compatibility or ease of use that WinXP had. But it was stable and didn't BSoD every 20 minutes like Win98/ME. You probably thinking Win2k was WinME, actually. Because WinME was the worst; had all the fluff and features of XP but was built on the buggy Win95/98 base. Win2k was built on the WinNT base so that was why it was stable (same with XP).
  9. It seems to be attached to links. Don't know what it really means though. It doesn't really matter anyway. All that matters is if you are banned, muted, or not.
  10. That little screen doesn't do it justice, it doesn't have the high-definition terrain graphics of the original!
  11. >civ 5 Also is that from the PSX port of FF6 or a fanart thing?
  12. > oh lord. You know you can't deny it.
  13. Vista 64-bit Professional, if you have to use a Microsoft OS.
  14. FOX NEWS is not the same thing as the dozens of local FOX stations around the country. Sometimes individual FOX affiliates can legitimately be the most left leaning local news.
  15. Gotta love businesses that are too stupid and bloated to compete in a free market having to use the state to protect their inflated monopolies. Piracy is so overrated in what is considered losses. Cue that image that correlates RIAA's claims of monetary loss to actually be higher than the actual amount of currency in circulation on the planet, due to "pirated" content. One problem is there is little way to avoid a lot of this because of the near-monopolies of the telecom and media companies; there are very few competing options to legitimately purchase. Although I got sick of new media in general so I don't even bother pirating it anymore; what's the point? Every video game that's come out is basically dumbed-down streamlined easy mode version of games I've played for 20 years now. And music? Hell I almost never get through the playlist of legitimate songs I own, and anything recent is played to death on radio/pandora/etc. anyway. So again, it's nothing but dinosaur monopolistic media companies still unable to adapt to the change in communications the developed world has been trending toward for the last 30 years or so, whiney to mama state to protect them.
  16. Quest For The Crown is still the best browser RPG out there.
  17. Not bad I like it but I think I prefer more classic big band, jazz, and swing.
  18. Actually I liked the name Project Ember as far as a project goes. Ember had a lot of symbolic meaning, being a small start of something, but also the fire connotation held symbolic meaning to the nature of the game (being that fire is the most fundamental aspect to human survival and development of civilization). "Tribal Lands" and "Tribelands" are both discriptive, but they are also fairly generic.

    College

Stop going to college. That will free up a lot of money.
  20. Dark hair, especially with bright colors in it, brings out light colored eyes much better imo. But I'm a blonde so I generally think blondes are boring.
  21. There is a forum dedicated to video games.
  22. If someone could afford or had a powerful computer, they have many more options for video game entertainment than some amateur MMO.
  23. > Doubt anyone will remember me. > > I may be sticking around here more often as I've taken up porting the Eclipse/Mirage engine to HTML5/WebSockets during my free time. Yay my little MMO munchkin slave! ![](http://www.touchofdeathforums.com/community/public/style_emoticons//laugh.png)
  24. unnown and Pickle were the main workers on early EE 2.x I know.
