  1. Looks sweet! Other then the general pink hue that is.
  2. > *Cough cough* My Bad Marsh Understandable sentences.
  3. > Hello. We here at Seb.Inc have come across quite a conundrum and are in need of strong allies. Please help us in our endeavors and we will surely help you. To apply please obliterate us in any way you see fit. Then and only then from the black eyes of our bruised faces we will look up to you and crack our broken hands in a position barely resembling a thumbs up. If you can't think of any way to battle us we'll have you at chess. > > > > Kind regards or sincerely? I dont know what you have been smoking but give me two.
  4. Why in a DLL? What operating system windows? [http://stackoverflow.com/questions/4580263/how-to-open-in-default-browser-in-c-sharp](http://stackoverflow.com/questions/4580263/how-to-open-in-default-browser-in-c-sharp)
  5. > It's not just prettier, 'endl' is cross-platform while '\n' is not cross-platform! :) How is \n not cross platform? The function that writes to the file will recognize the character and put the correct necessary end line character/s. endl and \n are basically the same. Personally I like \n and see it in the industry I am not sure I have ever seen a endl. Also endl flushes the buffer afterwards and can have a hit on performance.
  6. There are many ways you could do it. The easiest way is to simply program all text with a tag that would refer to a xml/binary table. Have a different table for each language. As for the actual programming if you know java you should have no problems. Its all the same in the end. Also, big enough signature?
  7. I think you were ruder then he was Chief. Anyway, petty squabbling aside I think it looks pretty cool. Is it possible to get a outline around the score to make it stand out more maybe? Either way looks cool, keep it up.
  8. Played for a little while was fun :), you should make it speedup the longer you go. Also yea maybe make sure you dont spawn cars on top of each other. You should check for it before you spawn.
  9. It really depends on how much you plan to sleep in that 24 hours. I have done a couple hackathons. If you have some time to prepare i recommend learning unity. I put together a pretty fun android game in 48 hours using unity with zero experience developing for android. We also partied for a lot of that 48 hours. Probably less then 16 for actual development.
  10. $10 per hour is a awesome deal. You would be surprised how many older people are actually kicking around behind the scenes. Also a lot can be done in just a few hours if you do not want something insane like a whole engine written. Also Budweiser is a trustworthy guy so you can know you are getting your moneys worth.
  11. Yup, it was been haunting my dreams for years.
  12. How come everyone seems to have freaken beasts of computers. How did you all afford that shit? Also, that is a lot of rubik cubes.
  13. Congrats on the first game, I would be careful though since you are stealing candy crush graphics and they arent exactly a unknown game. Also yea, try to work on the blurryness.
  14. Site not active? Just look at this thread! I would put in my 2 cents but I already have a dozen times in this topic as it crops up every 6 months or so.
  15. wtf is that mouse, it looks like some sort of alien contraption.
  16. > Oh me? Oh you know, nothing, just living RIGHT BESIDE THE FRIDGE MATES. LOL that is fantastic. The cold beer would be nice. As long as to many people dont bug you in the middle of the night.
  17. Room is a bit trashed atm but here it is. Trying to get a new place where I can really make things my own and make it look nice. Bit harder to show everything off when you have a place rather then just a room as things are spread out a little more. I really miss my old glass desk. This one is way to small. ![](http://i.imgur.com/G2kaL8F.jpg)
  18. If your new talk about your experience getting into the industry or common hiccups with the language. I am guessing that people attending a conference like this are probably pretty good programmers already, or at the very least know the basics. At least if you talk about your experience you can help people trying to get into the industry. Really its all good in the end though. Could be a great experience!
  19. Ok I cleaned up the topic a bit. Removed all xXaden spam.
  20. Its up to Grizzy, I can remove this spam if requested.
  21. I did not want to say anything because I am not sure if it was the same guy but yea. I have not had good experiences with the people developing genesis.
  22. Looks cool :) reminds me of the nes games I used to play like Dragon quest.
  23. I wouldnt drop the first $500 until you at least see a guy walking around with a map on a windows phone. Or else you may end up Eclipse or Mirage ports.
  24. I may be interested, mind sending me the list of exactly what you want done? Do you have any sort of base or would it be from scratch? Eclipse wont work if you want it on mac and window phones. Be very careful throwing this money around. A lot of people will claim to be able to do the job but have never done a project on this scale before. Not to mention almost everyone was working with a preexisting base of code with all the hard work done. Budweiser could probably give it a run for its money.
