Hello can anyone help me please im using Candidate 2 when i register new account and connect to the game my server always crashes xD it says Error Subscript out of range. I installed the runtimes it still doesnt work thanks in advance

You can't connect to your own global ip so your ip should be 127.0.0.1 or localhost and your player's ip should be your global ip.

i actually learned to portforward here http://portforward.com/english/routers/port_forwarding/Actiontec/V1000H/Eclipse.htm it says UDP and TCP

Well, make sure that you'd portforward BOTH tcp/udp 7001

does paperdolls really not working on CS:DE or it just a bug ? because i set the paperdoll to 98 then nothing will appear
