jaekx
Well I just started using this software today. I downloaded the Eclipse Event System 2.3 incase that is of any importance in helping answer a few of my questions. Well just a few starter things I'd like to know!1) I played through the tutorial jail and all of its forest counterparts to get the feel of the game, however, I cannot find how or where we go to create a new project?2) Is there literally no way to alter the code in this version? Everyone talks about VB6 and I'm not entirely sure what it means. Google says its not supported and hard to find now n' days. Is this 'VB6' needed and is it how we alter the code?3) Is admin the only thing we can set players as now? I dont see any other options D:If anymore questions pop-up I will post, thanks in advance for the responses I appreciate anyone willing to take time out to lend me a hand! Thank you! Shippous
You need a program named Visual Basics 6 (just google it, i cant say where you can find it ) ):Then, you open the project with VB6 and tarã, you can edit it ![:D](http://www.touchofdeathforums.com/community/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/biggrin.png)To make maps, you need to open the server and right click yourself and make you a admin, then, press instert on the game ![:D](http://www.touchofdeathforums.com/community/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/biggrin.png)
Justn
You don't have to have visual basic 6 to make a new project.. u just need it if u want to edit or add code and features to it.. I suggest you start by reading the FAQ and official guides to get u started with the basics and worry about vb6 after u get tje engine basics down ![:)](http://www.touchofdeathforums.com/community/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.png)

Zeffrit x
Just clear the previously made maps, sprites, items, etc. then make your own.

jaekx
awesome possum it worked, can anyone provide me with a link to a VB6 download I cant seem to find any :[
Zeffrit x
That's because anything you find claiming to be a vb6 download is a 99.9% chance of being a virus. It's also illegal, so I can't help you here :/

Joyce
Torrenting it from a reliable location, or have someone upload it. (or Dreamspark, MSDN and Technet if you're an IT student or employee)
