Create the Graphics for the engine - Eclipse Stable

Not to be mean but good luck with that. Eclipse Stable is so out dated I highly doubt you'll have much luck finding anyone who would even want to waste their time on making art for it. But like I said good luck with that.

Stable? I guess I didn't notice that. I have EO is there any difference? If so what are the sizes for everything?

What guarantee of delivery do you give? In the event of a default of the terms on your part what other means of reimbursement do you offer? If an individual wins the contest but the project is never launched do they just get the shaft or are you willing to provide other things in the absence of access to the game? In my opinion, it's bad form to ask people to work for essentially nothing, under the guise of a friendly contest, in an effort to develop your game.

Edit: When I read this post, it said the engine Eclipse stable. Im also not sure if There is supposed to be a full gui or just main menu for the contest.

the game is almost guaranteed to launch as we have a team who is dedicated to it, and the person who wins will also be given the opportunity to join the team as a artist

> Just checked the artwork can I ask all entries to be made to 800px by 600px please as I do not want to ruin your designs by stretching them

Really sorry I didn't know how big to make it. I just looked at the image properties of Sinnix's, I really hope that's not cheating! But I didn't even touch it otherwise.

I'll try to edit it, sorry again :3

You're having someone create art for your game, technically contributing to the development of the project, and they only get "VIP" for six months? Why not forever? They helped make the game, why be a stingy bastard?

I wasn't planning on it, but your attitude about it is disheartening. Some people put some real time and effort into their artwork. Being stingy about the prize is a real sure way to ensure that no great artists would compete in your "contest".

In other words, you get what you pay for. Not willing to pay? Then you'll be stuck with some half-arsed collage put together in GIMP.

At least up the prize to reward those of who will actually enter this contest of yours. Once more, being stingy will get you crap results, and is quite rude considering the work people put into things.

I'm sure he probably likes our art so get over it and get out of peoples business if it bothers you so much. It's just a fun contest.
