Water is crystal clear, the walls just have abit of algae. The fish blows this bubble-nest on the top too…

But for a Betta -- with a usual lifespan of 4 years -- to make it to almost 15 years old so far, I must be doing something right xD

Nope

Actually, normal Bettas live their entire lives in a Bettecup, or a very small aquarium, that's less than one gallen..

I have mine in a 5 1/2 gallon octagon tank… He has a ton of room to swim

To stay on topic, I'll point out, that my desk (which has a fish on it) technically _is_ part of my work station (it's a desk, isn't it???//)
