Marsh
If you port forwarded you can no longer connect to your external ip address only your internal.

Gwen
are you sure your External IP hasnt changed? Check IPCHICKEN again, and make sure your client has that correct IP

Gwen
sorry Alex… i went and ate lunch and then forgot about this :(Try going to this site. It will test your port 4000.https://www.grc.com/x/portprobe=4000If it says you are closed, then your port forwarding is not working corectly. Gwen
do you have a firewall enabled? maybe windows firewall? If your system is unprotected, without any personal firewall or NAT router, any ports showing as stealth are being blocked somewhere between your computer and the public Internet. This is probably being done by your ISP. Internet traffic directed to your computer at the stealth ports will be dropped before reaching your machine.try changing your port to 4001
Lenton
And this would mean changing the port in my router settings. Ok, i will give it a try. Also thanks for all the help you have been giving me so far, your really helpful. Thanks.

Marsh
Mines says stealth and my port forwarding is set up fine. You are using the ip 127.0.0.1 to connect to yourself right?. Becouse like i said you cant connect to your own External Ip address. Aka the one from ip chicken wont work if you have port forwarding set up properly. So when you play use 127.0.0.1 when other people play give them your ip chicken address.
