Magdreamer Posted July 18, 2013 Author Share Posted July 18, 2013 Hey everyone,I haven't showed off any of Nin Online's progress for awhile.This is mostly because of how overwhelming the response has been on our community forum.In the past month, the community grew to 500 members, and is actively getting about 120-140 member logins a day!It's hard for me to comprehend how much support is being received, and because of this, I've spent too much time managing those people.. but I could never forget my Eclipse folk.So here are some new screenshots of what we have done in the past week.More development logs like this are available on the forum which is located [HERE](http://ninonline.org/forum).Here they are! A lot of it is W.I.P, as the title "Development Log" may suggest.**Random building/shop!****Ino's Flower Shop!**The last one was based on this..>! Besides this, I've also spent some time to improve the previously one colored, boring water sprite into this!It's a small addition, but it really gives the village much more life!This is a big thing I took a really long while to do, it's **only the exterior** of the Chunin Exam Finals arena!This is a screenshot of a playground in Konoha.It is based off (but not copied exactly from) some scenes of Konoha from the latest Naruto movie..I've also spent some time on some really juicy looking interiors. These are iconic places that every Naruto fan should recognize in an instant!**Academy Classroom**This is the starting location of every newly enrolled Academy Student in the hidden leaf village!**Chunin Exam Finals Arena**Chunin Arena within the forest of death, where the preliminaries are held!The hands took almost two days to complete because of all the detailed shading it required, but it's finally done.The rest of the arena still needs touch up, but I'm glad the hardest part is done.I spent some time working on jutsu scrolls xDThis pales in comparison to the other work above. Everyone needs to get away from the still image of a 2D game!Everything you posted looks like you had fun with it. I'm astonished. I'm starting to get the feeling of it escaping any ordinary "Naruto fan based orpg" knock and beginning to give the feeling of being in Konoha from the actual series. High five. You deserve an award.Also with [this](http://i.imgur.com/qKRik3V.png):The "doorway" needs a shadow falling from it's 'ceiling' assuming that it's a wooden ground because it confused me there, I couldn't tell if it was a drape or something you could walk on.
