Font is awful with that white glow behind it.It also appears to be on-top of your glass effect… not very effective.You are trying to make the appearance of a glass or reflective item, byt throwing things on top of it, all you do is make it look like you have pasted a white ellipse to the top of the image and made it transparent.2\. The glass effect over the top fails for 3 reasons. * It looks better inverted * needs more opacity like niko said, and a border also. * I can see the join in the middle of the reflection layer - its off by about 3mm vertically. (just uinder the Y) You could have done that in one piece very easily and not 2 halves.3\. use some sort of blend on your pictures.
