Displaced Posted June 19, 2009 Author Share Posted June 19, 2009 I have a problem with eclipse 2.8 evo …installed server & those librarys (some of the dlls could not be registered on MS Server 2000 but thats doesn't matter much i think ... dlls are there)but um ... i can't attack a monsternothing happens; the char is moving when i press ctrl but nothing happensany ideas? =/ Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Admiral Refuge Posted June 19, 2009 Share Posted June 19, 2009 As the other users have said, make sure the NPC has atleast one of every stat (more of HP, of course), and is set to either "Attack On Sight" or "Attack When Attacked".Make sure your NPC has very low defense (recommended 1 or 0), and you have a weapon with some strength. Type "/refresh".BTW, I was like 30 tiles off when that happened. It was interesting. I typed "/refresh" and I was all the way across the map again. As I showed you, it works perfectly and if you gave the NPC HP and set it's behaviour right, it should work. Oh, and this engine is developed in VB6, and before you ask you cannot acces it in VB 2008\. Marsh Posted June 20, 2009 Share Posted June 20, 2009 If the server is running then the library files that didnt register dont matter, what weapons do you have equipped? is one set as a shield or a two handed weapon?
