After the download is finished go to the folder you downloaded the executable to:Left-click the executable twice, the UAC may be prompted. If so click on either 'Run' or 'Yes'. Now a dialog like this should appear:Set the directory you want 7-Zip to be installed to and then click on 'Install', the installation should start, when it is done, this should appear:Click on 'Finish'. If you don't know how to use the most basic operation in Windows (the opening folder, dragging stuff around bit) please go and live with the Amish.
