Don't get me wrong: they are epic.

But even in chit chat this goes over the line… you can't just sign up here to advertise.

Err useless for eclipse XD

Nice models, but you really shoudnt advertise like this, these are usless for our engine, and this is your only post meaning you created your sccount just for advertising. Did you even look into what eclipse was?

Well actually, if I weren't going for a 100% custom game, I would use these.

3D models can be useful for making OTT Realisticly shaded 2d sprites, you know.

How… Eclipse is 2D.. You realize he is advertising..?

Maybe because I don't use Eclipse. Alot of the active users here don't use Eclipse anymore.

And it would be advertising if he was showing us his own site, but this is a collection of many sites, therefore a resource.

Just because its 3d models doesnt mean you cant use them in eclipse.

Its call taking screen shots editing and making them into your 2d sprites. Ive done this before a long time ago and it works really nice If you can find good ground textures to use.

I think ive seen this done before, i may use this technique in a future mmo, but i myself am a fan of oldschool graphics
