Try Eclipse Origins and Eclipse Evolution. My guess is that Eclipse Origins will work and that Eclipse Evolution won't. I'd even like to place a bet ;D. If my estimation is proven true, then it's simply because Eclipse Evolution and Eclipse Stable both use the IOCP library which is bugged, so there's no other fix than using Eclipse Origins.

godlord is right about the IOCP, it has problems
updating to the newest version of the DLL causes it to not work

but i doubt this specific problem is related to IOCP

IOCP was added back then when it was all about adding as much shit as you possibly could before it was completely broken

The green one? That's Utorrent.

And yeah, Origins seems to work for everyone, but to make a decent game with it you should know programming and such. I just use it since all the other ones doesn't work for me at all. I just use it for checking my tiles anyway.

It most likely is. Some people had the same problem and only Origins worked for them.

Since you aren't a programmer.
