Ingrediants

About 175g Self raising flour
1 Egg
50g Butter
Milk
Tomato Puree
Cheese
Toppings

Method
Rub in the butter with the flour using your fingers.
In a seperate bowl mix the egg and 2 tablespoons of milk. Whisk.
Add the egg and milk mix to the flour and butter a little at a time. Mix with a knife.
If your dough is too wet add more flour. If it won't stick add a bit more milk.
Roll out your dough into a pizza shape.
Spread the tomato puree and add cheese and toppings.
Put into the oven at 200C for 15 - 25 minutes.

Don't think I made any mistakes…

It'd be a good treat if you happen to have the ingredients, but why buy ingredients for a pizza that cost like $10 when you can get a frozen pizza for 5\. Digiorno tastes just like delivery.

I hate talking about health but it's the only way I'll probably win…

Look at the ingrediants and fat/sugar/salt content on your frozen pizza. Need I say more.

Making the pizza yourself is more satisfying too. Not only can you make it exactly how you want, but its also fresher, then getting a frozen pizza, or one from a store which likely rush it and are stingy. Compare your 'flat' pizza you bought from down the road, with your epic home-made pizza, and there's a clear winner.

lol for a quick cheap square pizza we just grab some canned cresant rolls and roll the whole sheet out, put some pizza sauce on it, roll the edges, add some cheese and pepperoni and BAM! 5-minute pizza in the oven :P
it's a fun thing to do with the kids XD
plus the pizza crust is all flakey and delicious XD
