EclipseCommunity
Is that an orange/brown alpha blended layer or did you change the colour of the tiles?

Socuine
Pretty easy, plus, pretty easy to apply to the tiles.Open up a tile set in Photoshop. Select every tile, except for the purple, transperacy. While selected, duplicate it to have a second layer above the root later. Having the new duplicated layer selected, go to FILTER > BLUR > GUASSIAN BLUR > apply a value of 1.5 or 2.0 and hit OK. While selecting the layer that has been blurred, hit CTRL + U to open up the color editor. Slide the middle GLIDER to the left to saturize the blur. Now, having the blurred/saturized layer selected, put the layer on Overlay or Soft Light.
