Although I'm sure there are some economic and political elite cliques that have their way with a lot of stuff, general human ineptitude overpowers any great global conspiracies like this.I think the culture about this is a psychological or emotional desire to self-percieve ourselves and our species as a whole as more prominent than we actually are in the universe. Are they having satanic sacrifices in the forests? Maybe.. Are they behind every war or attack that's ever happened? Probably not.I believe that most wars though (such as the one in Iraq, and the latest, Lybia) and government decisions are engineered, but most likely by (multiple) bankers and internationalists rather than a (single) dark order.
